AFFIDAVIT OF DECLARATION OF OWNERSHIP OF PROPERTIES

I, JULIUS EDWARD MASAMBA, 33 years old an adult and a Tanzania, resides at Mto wa mbu
Arusha. After having been duly sworn to in accordance with the law of Tanzania, HEREBY
depose and state hereunder as follows;

1. THAT, I certify that I am now in possession of, and am absolute owner of the following
properties,
i. Two houses one with electricity
ii. A Plot with square meter 20 by 12
iii. Table, bed, mattress and Television
iv. Two gas stove
2. THAT, both properties mentioned are located at Mto wa Mbu, Arusha.
3. THAT, I execute this Affidavit to attest and declare the truth of the foregoing facts in
accordance with the provisions of the Oaths and Statutory Declaration Act Cap 34 RE
2019 and for whatever legal purposes that this affidavit may serve.
