Thoughts: Besides participating in sports or games, I will eat more fruits and

vegetables to keep myself fit and healthy.

Reasons: One of the reasons is that they contain vitamins, minerals and fibre which
are important. The second reason is that they can help to protect me against
cancer, diabetes and heart disease. On the other hand, I also like to eat fruits
and vegetables.

Examples: Some examples of fruits that I usually eat are apples, oranges, mangoes,
bananas, watermelons, kiwis, pears, papayas, grapes and guavas. Some examples of
vegetables that I usually eat are carrots, spinach, broccoli, potatoes, cucumbers,
mushrooms, tomatoes, cabbages, pumpkins, cauliflower and corn.

Experiences: I remember the time when I did not like to eat fruits and vegetables
but my mother said that they are good for my health and forced me to eat them. I
tried my first bite and it was scrumptious! From that day onwards, I started eating
fruits and vegetables daily and realised that I had lost weight!

Suggestions and Summarise: In conclusion, I will encourage everyone to eat more


fruits and vegetables as it will keep us fit and healthy.
