Course This course will emphasize on how geographic data can be utilized across a variety
Description of applications and GIS software as well as exposing the students to the procedures
and methods for planning the GIS, evaluating potential data sources, testing
available hardware and software and planning for its acquisition, developing GIS
applications. The student will be able to undertake the Project Management for the
GIS project.

CLO1 Expand their knowledge of Geographic Information System (GIS) principles
and applications associated with geographic information including
technology, systems, science and studies as adopted by Land Surveyor
CLO2 Display efficiency in handling leading GIS software (Other respective
software) and spatial analysis for various applications as adopted by Land
Surveyor.
CLO3 Explain ideas through managing GIS project related to subject matter and
questions addressed as adopted by Land Surveyor.
