Operation Instruction

Product Introduction:
JAKCOM OS2 is an Outdoor Bluetooth
Speaker, which integrates Bluetooth speaker
box, LED strong light flashlight, mobile power
bank and FM radio. It can connect and play
music inside the smart devices or memory card
through Bluetooth, TF card, USB disk and AUX,
can automatically search and play FM radio
station, includes characteristic functions such
as multi-mode LED light source flashlight, high-
capacity mobile power bank, mobile wireless
hands-free call, inbound call number voice and
IP56 waterproof and dustproof level and
supports the holder or tripod with British 1/4-20
screw thread interface. The product package
includes complimentary special bike holder.

Function description of speaker box:

Turn on:
Pressing B key hard, the key will sink and
the blue indicator at G position will turn on.

Power off:
Pressing B key hard, the key will bounce
back and the blue indicator at G position will
turn off.

Charge:
Insert the MicroUSB plug of the charging line
inside the package into the charging plug at
K position, and insert the standard USB plug
at the other end of the charging line into any
USB interface charger with over 5V1A
current, then start to charge.
When the indicator at G position flickers red,
it indicates charging state. If the indicator

changes into red and maintains this status, it

indicates charging has been completed.

Switch of sound source mode:

After being turned on, the speaker box
enters the default Bluetooth mode.
Click E key and switch the sound source of
the speaker box into FM radio mode.
TF memory card mode, U disk mode and
AUX audio mode can be switched and
selected after corresponding media medium
is inserted.

Connect Bluetooth and play:

The system will automatically wait for pairing
and connection in Bluetooth mode. At this
time, select “OS2” from the list of waiting for
Bluetooth pairing on the mobile phone or
other smart devices in order to pair and
connect it.
If a pairing password is required in
connection, please input “0000”. After
successful connection, the blue indicator at
G position will keep on and the music or
sound in the connection device can be
played.
If some successfully connected devices are
available nearby, after this speaker box is
turned on, it will automatically connect such
devices.
To replace the connection device or pair the
connection again, you can hold the F key
then the speaker box will enter the state of

waiting for pairing and connection again. At

this time, the blue indicator at G position will
flicker.

Connect TF card and play:

Insert card: Insert the TF card into the
socket of the TF memory card at J position
according to the card direction showed in the
following diagram and fully push it into the
plug.
Plug off card: Press the top of the card and
release it, the card will pop out automatically.
Play: After the speaker box has been turned
on and the TF card has been inserted, the
speaker box will automatically enter the play
mode of the TF card and automatically
search music inside the card. If the sound
source mode of other speaker box has been
connected, you can click E key and switch
the sound source to the TF memory card
mode.

Connect U disk and play:

Insert card: Insert U disk into the standard
USB socket at L position and fully push it into
the plug.

Plug off card: plug out the U disk.

Play: After the speaker box has been turned
on and the U disk has been inserted, the
speaker box will automatically enter the play
mode of the U disk and automatically search
and play music inside the card. If the sound
source mode of other speaker box is
connected, you can click E key and switch
the sound source to the U disk mode.

Play FM radio:
After the speaker box is turned on, click the
E key and switch the sound source of the
speaker box to FM radio mode;
Long press F key and automatically search
the local radio station. The blue indicator at
G position will quickly flicker;
After search, the indicator will slowly flicker.
At this time, press the C key or D key and
switch the radio station for receiving.

Play AUX audio:

After the speaker has been turned on and
insert the 3.5mm audio line plug has been
inserted into the AUX socket at I position, the
device will automatically enter AUX mode
and play the music from the audio line.
If the sound source mode of other speakers
has been connected, click the E key and
switch the sound source to AUX audio mode.

Click C key and switch to previous music, or

click D key to switch to next music in music
playing;
Click C key and switch to previous radio
station, or click D key and switch to next
radio station in FM radio playing.
Long press C key to reduce the playing
volume of the loudspeaker, or hold the D key
to increase playing volume of the
loudspeaker.
Click F key to pause playing music, or click F
key again to continue playing music.

Call control:
Connect the mobile phone with the speaker
via the Bluetooth in Bluetooth mode for
hands-free call and dialing control of the
mobile phone.
The speaker box will automatically give the
inbound number via the voice in case of a
new inbound call;
Click F key and connect the inbound call.
After speaking, click F key and hang up the
call;
If you do not want to answer the non-
connected new inbound call, you can hang
up non-connected new inbound call by long
pressing F key.
Click F key twice, you can automatically dial
the last phone number in the call records.

Long pressing H key, you can turn on/off the

flashlight.
Clicking H key, you can switch the light mode
of the flashlight to “Bright light”, “Low light”,
“SOS”, “Breathing light”, “Strobe”

Mobile power mode:

Insert the USB interface of the charging line
of the mobile phone or mobile equipment into
the USB socket of this speaker box at L
position, the speaker box will automatically
enable the mobile power mode and charge
the mobile phone or mobile device and the
red indicator at G position will flicker;
When the indicator at G position stops
flickers, changes to red, and maintains red, it
indicates that the mobile phone or mobile
device is charged fully.

Explanation of frequent questions:

Question: Fail to be turned on
Answer: Please check if the speaker’s battery
has power, charge it, and try to turn it on again.

Question: Fail to play music in TF card or U

disk
Answer: First check if the insertion direction in
the memory card is correct, then check whether
the memory card can be opened on the PC,
and confirm whether the music file in the
memory card can be played and whether the
music formats belong to mainstream formats
such as MP3 and WMA.

Question: Fail to search FM radio station

Answer: Please check if the FM radio signals
are covered around your environment, move
the speaker box to outdoor or close to the
outdoor position, and try it again.
If the signals are weak and the sound quality is
bad, apart from adjusting the position of the

speaker box, you can insert the AUX audio line

as the external antenna of the FM radio to
enhance receiving capability of FM radio
signals.

Question: Fail to connect Bluetooth

Answer: If connect failed, please try to power
off this speaker, and then power on it again,
after that hold the F key then the speaker box
will enter the state of waiting for pairing and try
to connect another phone’s Bluetooth, if
connect successful, you can try this method to
reconnect your phone again.
If you have to enter password for Bluetooth
pairing, you can enter the default password
“0000”.

Question: Bluetooth is already connected, but

the sound still comes from cellphone or
computer’s own speaker.
Answer: Check whether the audio output mode
of cellphone/computer is Bluetooth or not.
Sometimes, although Bluetooth is connected,
the default audio output mode of some
cellphones/computers is local, manual selection
is needed.
If you have multiple cellphones or this JAKCOM
OS2 in your home, please confirm whether the
Bluetooth is connected which device your want
to connect.

Question: Intermittent playing sound

Answer: Please check the audio files played

and try other ones for testing.
Pay attention to avoid unduly long Bluetooth
connection distance, or avoid other wireless
device with 2.4GHz nearby, or try to move
ambient metal objects. All these factors may
interfere Bluetooth transmission. When the
signal is not good enough, the phenomenon of
intermittent sound happens.

Safety warning:
1. Overload power supply is prohibited for this
product in case of abnormal temperature
increase or fire;
2. Don’t use wet hands to plug or unplug power
supply in case of electric shock;
3. If this product inside is sprayed with water or
damp, please keep it in ventilated places until it
is fully dried, then reboot for usage.
