Please accept this letter as formal notice of my immediate resignation, effective

immediately. Due to unforeseen and private circumstances, I am compelled to leave
my position.

I feel that I have been treated unfairly in the workplace and held accountable for
events beyond my control. Specifically:

- I was asked to see a doctor regarding my epilepsy, which is under control and
confirmed by my physician. This led to daily panic attacks as I felt cornered and
stigmatized.
- I received a WhatsApp message after hours stating that I did not smell pleasant
and that I am receiving a warning, which I believe should have been addressed
personally in a meeting and not via message. This incident exacerbated my anxiety
and panic attacks.
- My car broke down, and I informed my employer that I would be unable to come to
work. Nevertheless, I am being reported for an circumstance entirely beyond my
control.

These incidents have led me to conclude that it is in my best interest to resign.

The constant stress and anxiety have taken a significant toll on my well-being, and
I need to prioritize my health. I appreciate your understanding, and I wish the
school continued success in the future.
