Human rights are basic rights for humans by nature to live and develop.

Thus, human rights must be

respected, protected, and should not be taken away by anyone. Human rights are not a gift, but a
basic right that is inherent and owned by all people. In human rights, health is one of the main
aspects that must be obtained by humans. Health as human right is stated in the constitution of the
WHO (World Health Organization) which was established in 1946. It is hereby stated that health is an
important aspect in people's lives to fulfill human rights. People have the right to be healthy as a
basic right to live. With this, everyone has the same rights in obtaining access to resources in the
health sector, obtaining safe and quality health services, has the right to independently and
responsibly determine the health services needed for himself, to obtain health education and
supportable healthcare that will be balanced from health treatment and healthcare. It is hereby
concluded that Human Rights have an important role to give everyone the same right to a healthy
life. Based on the WHO concept, globally, efforts to fulfill the right to health are carried out through
Universal Health Coverage (UHC). However, health as human rights can be said to have not been
fully implemented. Getting the highest degree of health means that the level of health that can be
enjoyed by everyone must be the highest health condition, supported by maximum resources and
everyone has the right to get services, facilities, and conditions needed to improve health levels.and
preventing, treating and restoring ill health.
