Phishing Avoidance Quick Tips:

1. Verify Sender Identity: Double-check the sender's email address to ensure it is

coming from an internal company email. Watch out for misspelled domain names or
suspicious variations!

2. Think Before Clicking: Avoid clicking on links or downloading attachments from

unexpected or unfamiliar emails. Hover over links to preview the URL, and verify the
legitimacy of the sender before taking any action.

3. Check for Red Flags: Look for common phishing indicators, such as generic
greetings, urgent requests for personal information, or emails containing spelling and
grammar errors.

4. Confirm Requests on Other Platforms: Use an alternate communications channel to

contact coworkers and confirm the email came from them.
