Re: REACH Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 Concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation
and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) for Pure Substances and Mixtures

Dear Sir/Madam,

We are pleased to inform you that IMERYS Graphite & Carbon complies with REACH registration
requirements for all its products including Graphite, Calcined Coke, Silicon carbide and Carbon Black
including mixtures prepared from these products.

We kindly ask you to refer to the Table below for the REACH status of our products and to check the
corresponding product SDS for the composition of the product or mixture.

All products manufactured or purchased by IMERYS Graphite & Carbon are compliant with the
requirements of REACH (pre-registration, registration or exemption).

We are closely monitoring all developments linked to the REACH regulation and in contact with our
own suppliers to ensure developments are met.
