Checks for system walkthrough

1. PLC panel work before Charging:

I) Panel should be properly supported.

II) panel base frame should be like that proper ease of work.

III) JB to PLC cable should be properly gland and tag should be provided on cable.

IV) VFD/MCC to PLC cable should be properly gland and tag should be provided on cable.

V) Instrument and body earthing should be seggegrated separately with proper termination
on proper earth bar.

VI) All cable should be terminated with approved ferrule scheme and properly dressed inside panel.

VII) All shield should be properly connected with Instrumentation earth bus bar with green sleeve.

VIII) Please ensure cold loop check to be done.

2. Field Instrumentation work

I) Check JB alignment and tagging,quantity.

II) PLC incoming Cable tagging and properly gland.

III) Instrument outgoing cable tagging and properly gland.

VI) JB earthing if required.

VII) All cables should properly dressed inside JB and connected with approved ferrules.

VII) all shield should be continuous connected inside JB and open at instrument end.

VIII) check proper instrument is installed for particular application.

IX) check alignment of instrument.

X) Check support of instrument tubing and leak test of tubing.

XI) Check cable gland and tagging (instrument and cable) and termination with ferrules.

XII) Earthing of instrument.

XIII) ensure cold loop check.

3. PLC panel charging.

I) Check instrument and power earth continty should not be there.

II) Check UPS input P-N 230 V and N-E less than 4 V.

III) same like Check input voltage of MCBs which should be in limit and ON MCB and so on...

IV Check healthiness of system.
