Addendum #1 – Questions and Answers

Below is the list of questions with answers that was received up to March 31, 2024.

1. Does the County also require content migration as part of this RFP?

No content migration is not required as part of this.

2. Are non Canadian firms allowed to submit a response?

Any firm is welcome to submit a response. The County will only accept invoicing
in CAD and will only pay in CAD funds.

3. What Microsoft 365 licenses does the County currently have?

The County is using Microsoft 365 E3 licenses for all users.

4. Do you currently use any Power Platform applications (PowerApps, Power

Automate, Power BI)?

Nothing extensive, the odd power automate actions to notify users of things is all
that we are using.

5. Do you have any in-house SharePont developers?

We do not have in-house SharePoint developers which is why we are looking for
a long-term partner.
