Addendum #3 – Questions and Answers

Below is the list of questions with answers that was received up to June 12, 2024.

1. What services do you currently use in M365? (I.e. Email, SharePoint, OneDrive,
Teams, Teams Voice)
a. If SharePoint is in use, please describe:

c. How much data is there?
d. Any custom development or custom branding?
e. Any complex business logic? If so, please describe.
f. Any external connections? If so, please describe.

We use Email, Teams, OneDrive and very limited use of Sharepoint services. We
have under 1 TB of data in SharePoint. For what we are using SharePoint for, it
is out of the box with no customizations.

2. Are any components of Purview, Power Platform, Power BI being used?

None.

3. Any Regulatory Requirements with which the engagement should adhere? (i.e.
HIPA, Sarbanes Oxley, CFR Part 11, etc.)

None.

4. Any Operational Standards with which the engagement should adhere? (i.e. OSI
compliance, ISO Compliance, ITIL Operations Model, etc.)

None. We do try to loosely follow ITIL but that will not affect this partnership.

5. Are you currently using products other than SharePoint that provide any of the
following capabilities. Portal, Collaboration, Document Management, Web
Content Management or Enterprise Search.

No. We have an intranet but it is a basic web service.
