services to the small businesses. He or she provides a varied range of services such as
hiring staff and accounting. Generally these consultants employ the service of the
consultant firms as small businesses usually do not have a number of departments
dealing with different business aspects.
There are the following duties and responsibilities which a small business consultant has
to fulfill:
He or she needs to study the working and operations of the company properly.
