The main objective of the company is
to make renting simple and easy for
home owners. Therefore the website
should be easy to navigate and the
layout should be simple. In the initial
stages, I created some lo-fi versions
of the website’s layout.

The company wanted the website to look modern and bright. Also, the colours are derived from the logo of the company.

Dashboards
I further designed an intuitive dashboard for
homeowners. They can access a personalized
dashboard displaying key metrics like rental income,
maintenance history, upcoming lease renewals, etc.
The dashboard streamlines the process by handling
everything from paperwork and tenant screening to
maintenance requests and rent collection. They
empower homeowners with real-time information,
fostering a transparent and efficient property
management experience.
