Driver under the sponsorship of Mr. Saleh Abdulla Al-Zubail, Saudi National ID No.
1026747392, for the past twenty-two years. My husband passed away on 1 January 2024,
21:57 hrs, at Dammam Central Hospital, due to heart attack.

This is to confirm that I have received the remaining salary and the end-of-service benefits
due to my deceased husband Mr. Vanneryvalappil Pokker Mohammedkutty. Kindly note that
I have been staying with my husband in Saihat, Dammam, Saudi Arabia for the last forty-five
days on a visit visa.
