My name is Le Truong Giang. I live in Tien Giang. I’m 3nd year student at the Ho Chi
Minh City of Technology and Education. My major is Mechanical Engineering Technology. I am
incubating a project to clean the water environment with a wastewater treatment machine.
When I saw rivers full of garbage and black sewage affecting the lives of aquatic animals as well
as ourselves, I came up with this project. When this machine is successfully produced, I believe it
has very little for society and the community. Now I'm only a 3nd year student, so I don't have
enough knowledge to do it, but after I graduated from college, I had enough knowledge to build
that machine by myself. I believe this machine will be our future savior in the face of today's
heavy water pollution.
2. Self Introduction:
Hello everyone. Today I’m very happy to be here to introduce myself to you. My fulll
name is Lê Trường Giang . I’m 20 years old. I come from Tien Giang province but currently I
living with my older sister in Thu Duc city. There are 4 people in my family consist of my parents,
my sister and me. I graduated as an engineer from HCM city university of Technology and
Education. During my time at the school, I participated in voluntary activities such as donating
blood and doing subject projects. Regarding work, I want to try my hand at a design position. My
strengths are responsible and helpful. When I make any assignments, I commit to completing
before a deadline. My weakness is easy get angry with the person who is always late. I’m
improving my weakness by setting up the rules about time with my friend in advance. My
hobbies are listing to music, hanging out with my friends, watching TV and traveling to some
beautiful place in VN. I hope to learn more at the company. I will accept all the rules and
regulations of the company. It’s a pleasure to meet you all today. Thank you for listening.

Design and Manufacture a automatic belting machine
The objective of this project is to create a machine that can automate the process of
belting or strapping boxes, packages, or other items for shipping or storage purposes. The
design process involves researching and selecting appropriate components and materials, as
well as developing a system that can efficiently and accurately strap items of different sizes and
shapes. The manufacturing process involves building and testing a prototype machine, making
necessary adjustments, and producing a final product that meets the desired specifications. The
ultimate goal is to create a cost-effective and reliable solution for belting that can increase
productivity, reduce labor costs, and improve overall efficiency in various industries.

Design and Manufacture a scrape coconut machine

Desiccated coconut is often processed into milk to make coconut oil. food processing,
cosmetic processing…. When we do it by hand, it will take a lot of time. So that we dicide to
Design and Manufacture a scrape coconut machine. The machine has dimensions of
375x330x450mm, weight 9kg The coconut scraper is very easy to use. You just need to put a tray
to catch the grated copra right away, then plug in the power, turn on the switch and hold the
coconut to be shaved into the machine so that the surface of the copra comes into contact with
the mace to start scraping the coconut. After the coconut scraping job is completed, you should
clean the cage and the mace clean for the next use. The coconut scraper is an effective support
product for large quantities of coconut scraping in a quick time. The machine is suitable for
establishments specializing in coconut production, providing copra and coconut milk.

Overview of aluminum alloy mechanical properties during and after fires

Aluminum alloys are increasingly being used in a broad spectrum of load-bearing

applications such as lightweight structures, light rail, bridge decks, marine crafts, and off-shore
platforms. A major concern in the design of land- based and marine aluminum structures is fire
safety, at least in part due to mechanical property reduction at temperatures significantly lower
than that for steel. A substantial concern also exists regarding the integrity and stability of an
aluminum structure following a fire; however, little research has been reported on this topic.
This paper provides a broad overview of the mechanical behavior of aluminum alloys both
during and following fire. The two aluminum alloys discussed in this work, 5083-H116 and 6061-
T651, were selected due to their prevalence as lightweight structural alloys and their differing
strengthening mechanisms (5083 – strain hardened, 6061 – precipitation hardened). The high
temperature quasi-static mechanical and creep behavior are discussed. A creep model is
presented to predict the secondary and tertiary creep strains followed by creep rupture. The
residual mechanical behavior following fire (with and without applied stress) is elucidated in
terms of the governing kinetically-dependent microstructural mechanisms. A review is provided
on modeling techniques for residual mechanical behavior following fire including empirical
relations, physicallybased constitutive models, and finite element implementations. The
principal objective is to provide a comprehensive description of select aluminum alloys, 5083-
H116 and 6061-T651, to aid design and analysis of aluminum structures during and after fire.

Design and Manufacture a wastwater treatment machine

This machine was conceive to design and manufacture due to the need treat wastwater
to make the environment cleaner. The purpose of this project is to create a machine that can
effectively treat wastewater and reduce its negative impact on the environment. The design
process involves researching and selecting appropriate technologies and materials, as well as
developing a system that can efficiently process large volumes of wastewater. The
manufacturing process involves building and testing a prototype machine, making necessary
adjustments, and producing a final product that meets the desired specifications. The ultimate
goal is to create a sustainable and costeffective solution for wastewater treatment that can be
implemented in a variety of settings, from industrial to residential. This machine makes the wast
water clean before being discharged into the outside environment.

Integrating Analysis and Design in Mechanical Engineering Education

Mechanical engineering (ME) departments in research universities face the challenge of
educating mechanical engineers who will graduate with a balanced knowledge in engineering
science and mechanical design. The source of this challenge is the inherent difference between
teaching analytical thinking, which is required for most engineering-science courses, and design
thinking, which is required for project-based design courses. The purpose of this paper is first to
propose a new approach that can potentially bridge the educational gap between analytical and
design thinking, which we refer to as integrated thinking. Second, we show how it can be
applied to various ME undergraduate courses, which we refer to as integrated courses. Our
approach reforms science engineering courses by (a) stressing the physical interpretation of
mathematical derivations; (b) requiring students to analyze, design, and sketch simple
mechanical devices based on the learned theoretical material; and (c) modifying project-based
design courses to emphasize the importance of analysis as part of the creative design process. A
pilot course focusing on dynamics and vibration, which we called Integrated Design and Analysis,
was offered in the ME department at the Technion, where it was well-attended by senior ME
students.

Research and Development of Open CNC System Based on PC and Motion Controller

An open CNC system based on PC and motion controller is discussed, Software and
hardware of the system based on the idea of modularization construction is described.
According to requirements of system management software, a kind of inheritance modular
concentric rings structure as the system management software development model is designed.
Then a high degree of integration, low coupling system management software is developed.
Finally algorithms based on motion controller two– order interpolation are adopted, rough
interpolation using Cubic b-spline curve chord segmentation interpolation algorithm. The actual
application shows that the CNC system is effective.

Comment:

The article discusses an open CNC system based on PC and motion controller, and describes the
software and hardware of the system using modularization construction. A concentric rings
structure is designed for the system management software development model, and a highly
integrated and low coupling system management software is developed. Interpolation
algorithms based on motion controller two-order interpolation are adopted, and the CNC
system is shown to be effective in actual application.
