To create a local file:
1. Start the Open command.
2. Select the Central File.
3. Verify that Create New Local is selected.

4. Click Open.
5. Save the new file locally.

• Do not work in the central file!

• Select an active workset.

• Everything you add will be in that workset.

Save locally frequently.

Synchronize Now periodically.

Synchronize and Modify Settings to relinquish worksets and


elements.
