It is summer once again and it is customary for our company to provide employees a break from

the monotonous office work. And what better way to make break enjoyable but thought spending it in a
beautiful resort!

As the Human Resource Head of our company , it is my responsibility to organize the

company’s rest and relaxation (R/R) this summer. While scouting for the possible venue of our R and R
online, I saw your website and I checked on your amenities. I found your resort suitable for our
purposes. However, I have some queries prior to finalizing our booking with your company. Can you
accommodate 120 person for an overnight stay? Does your company give a group discount? Let us say ,
we will reserve 40 rooms for triple sharing 5 meals (2 breakfast, 2 lunch and , 1 dinner) and 3 snacks ,
how much would it cost? What are the freebies that we can enjoy in the resort , particularly in terms of
amenities or services? What are the terms of payment?

Can we expect a reply from you after three working days?
