INFORMATION

The undersigned Associate City Prosecutor accuses JOHN

RAMOS ET. AL., a resident of Brgy. San Pablo, Tacurong City, Sultan
Kudarat, Philippines of the crime of RAPE, defined and penalized
under Article 266-A, par. 1(b), of the Revised Penal Code, as
amended, committed as follows:

That on or about the 15th day of December 2020, in the City of

Tacurong, and within the jurisdiction of this Honorable Court,
the above-named accused, did the and there, willfully,
unlawfully and feloniously raped the person of Jane Dee and
Marie Daro, by inserting their penis into the complainants’
vagina, while they were deprived of reason and while they were
unconscious.

That the said victims suffered actual and moral damages in the
amount as may be rewarded by the Honorable Court under the
provisions of the New Civil Code of the Philippines.
