Coolers have been provided in all branches
of RMS. However, Mail Section, Circle
Office, Ambala will examine the proposal as

membership modification 2023 –
Both the Divl. Heads did not follow the
guidelines for membership verification and
some bogus name/some favouring to sister
union steps has been taken. Kindly
intervene and correct the irregularities.

under construction: A building is under
construction side by the PH Faridabad. But
it has come to the notice of circle union
that it will be covered with tin-shade. The
PH Faridabad is already Tin-shaded,
which creates problems. So it may kindly
be covered with cemented roof.
F-06/12/23 Provision of building for Hissar Stg.
Office:
A land near by the Hissar HQ is available
for Hissar Stg. Office. As per report all
formalities ad Divl. level is completed.
Kindly arrange to provide/construct a
building for Hissar Stg. office.

call for estimate of false ceiling and also call
for report in respect on water lime from the
tin shaded roof of PH Faridabad and will
submit to competent authority for decision.

F- 2/04/24 Rest room at New Delhi RS for D-1 out staff:-
D-1 out starts at 0440 hrs. from New Delhi. For
this the staff have to reach in night one day
before, but there is no rest room, wheareas
there is room for ‘X’ Dn. staff. Kindly arrange for

F- 3/04/24 Reg. issue of circle gradation list corrected
upto date:- The last circle gradation list was
issued in 2006. About eighteen years have gone
but no other gradation list issued till date. Kindly
issue corrected up to date corrected circle

F- 4/04/24 Reg. payment of TA bills to officials who
worked at the order of higher authorities:-
Some officials who worked on deputation at
other offices have not been paid any TA. Kindly

alongwith proper stationary in offices:-
Scanners, mouse, printers are mostly outdated
and are not working properly. Proper stationary

F-07/12/23 H.R.O. अम्बाला मे MTS के पद खाली पड़े है। उन्हे पूरा करने पर
विचार किया जाए तथा वर्तमान मे छन रहे कार्य मे MTS की कमी के
कारण जो दिक्कतें आ रही है उन पर जल्द ही विचार विमर्श किया जाए,
जैसा कि मेल-एजेंसी मे काफी काम है, उतारने व चढ़ने का जो की बड़ी
मुश्किल के साथ कं ट्रोल मे होता है। इसके लिए स्टाफ की बहुत जरूरत है।
MTS को आकस्मिक अवकाश समय पर नहीं मिल पाते।
F-08/12/23 S.R.O. करनाल मे भी 6 MTS पदो की अतिरिक्त आवश्यकता है
जिससे सरकारी कामकाज सुचारु रूप से चल सके । S.R.O. करनाल में
भी साप्ताहिक अवकाश तथा कोई अन्य छु ट्टियाँ स्टाफ को समय पर नहीं
मिलती, कृ प्या इन सभी मजबूरीयों को मध्यनजर रखते हुए स्टाफ को पूरा
करने की कृ पा करे।
F-09/12/23 S.R.O. करनाल मे रात्री के समय अधिक से अधिक कार्य चलता है,
इसलिए स्टाफ की जरूरतो को देखते हुए Rest Room का भी
इंतजाम किया जाये।

Decision
Due to shortage of staff in MTS cadre, full
strength of MTS could not be provided. After
consideration of MTS staff from Rule-38 in
upcoming list. Accordingly unskilled staff will
be outsourced through Gem portal.
SRM ‘HR’ Division is directed to submit
proposal for required outsourcing staff to
Mail Section, Circle Office at the earliest.

SSPOs Karnal is ready to surrender the
quarter of Sr. Postmaster Karnal and this
quarter can be used as Rest House for the
