remote digital sales
The problem we had
On March 13th we cancelled our Seattle event. We closed our
resorts, cafes and Genius Central soon after

Our Events business alone generated over $8M of revenue per


year. $1000 per person. Our Resorts business alone generated over
$11M of revenue per year

That’s about $1.58M per month of revenue that just stopped - we had
digital revenues with profile test sales but the majority of our revenue was
generated face to face

We were mid IPO - We wanted to retain our talented and committed team.
We had all the resorts costs and team to cover from Entrepreneurs
Institute revenues. We HAD to pivot and fast.
The result we had
In July we generated just short of $1M ($975k) in remote sales of
digital products. We also opened most of our resorts and started to
generate revenues there too.

In July our revenue per call was at over $1500 consistently and
conversion from call to sale was at an average of 50%

Compare this to $1000 per person we were generating at an event


previously, that was both costly to organise, run and execute on.

IPO is not just on track but likely to be brought forward
