FORMAT and PRINTING:
This e-book is in the PDF format for convenience of viewing and printing from any operating system that
supports PDFs. If you want to try to print each pair of images (seen from the front, seen from the side, and
seen from the back) on the front and back of one sheet of paper (duplex printing – flip on long edge) they are
positioned so that they should line up reasonably well.
Print full-size: Use the print options in Acrobat or Acrobat Reader to set page “Orientation” to “Landscape”,
set “Page Sizing and Handling” to “Poster” with “Tile Scale” set to about 87.5% so the page prints on three
sheets of A4 or Letter (8.5"x11") paper; then trim and tape together into one image; fold in three and slip
into your book(s). You may need to adjust the “Tile Scale” up or down to get it to print on just three sheets.
Print on Single Sheets: You can print each image on a single A4 or Letter sheet: set “Orientation” to
“Portrait”, set “Page Sizing and Handling” to “Size” and select “Fit”.
E-BOOK LICENCE:
You MAY print a high-resolution copy of any page(s) of this e-book for your own use, PROVIDED that you
do not change or remove any pages or any part of any page (including the footer text).
You MAY also print individual page(s) to give to your pupils for teaching purposes (in individual classes or in
group workshops) provided that you DO NOT change or remove any part of any page (including the footer text).
