Read and See Pack 2: oo words.
Read and See Pack 2: ng words.

● Session 2 (13th - 14th March)

- Do your students remember the sound ‘er’? Have them write on


the big board some examples (Read and See Pack 2: er words)
- Fun video to help them understand the alternative spelling
(attached)
- Worksheet (attached).

● Session 3 (20th - 21st March)


- Read and See Pack 1: Longer Words.

- Tricky Words 5

Intro:
Spread all the Tricky Words Family 4 on the desk/floor. Say
them out loud and have them Snap! on the correct card. Have
them repeat by whispering, singing…etc.

Whispering Game:
Students make a line. The first student holds a Tricky Word
card, whispers it to the second student and the second
student whispers again to the third student, and so on. When
the word gets to the last student in the line, he/she must write
it on the big board. Check afterwards.

Repeat. Allow students to change places.
