(GENERAL RECRUITMENT)

NOTIFICATION FOR VERIFICATION OF CERTIFICATES

i) It is hereby informed that, the candidates with the following Hall Ticket
Numbers are picked up in the ratio of 1:2 for Certificate Verification on the basis of
Examinations held on 08/07/2023 for the recruitment of Town Planning Building
Overseer under the control of the Director of Town and Country Planning in Municipal
Administration and Urban Development vide Notification No 14/2022, dated
07/09/2022.
Certificates Verification is scheduled to be held from 28/06/2024 to
02/07/2024 at 10:30 AM at the O/o Telangana Public Service Commission, M.J.
Road, Nampally, Hyderabad. The candidates who are called for Verification of
Certificates have to produce the following certificates in original along with a set of
Photostat copies duly self-attested at the time of Verification of Certificates.

N.B.: 06/07/2024 WOULD BE THE RESERVE DAY FOR SUBMISSION OF

PENDING CERTIFICATES & FOR ABSENT CANDIDATES CERTIFICATE
VERIFICATION. IF ANY CANDIDATE IS ABSENT FOR CERTIFICATE
VERIFICATION EVEN ON THE RESERVE DAY, HE/SHE WOULD NOT BE
CONSIDERED FOR FURTHER PROCESS OF SELECTION. IF ANY
CANDIDATES DOES NOT SUBMIT PENDING DOCUMENTS, IF ANY EVEN
ON THE RESERVE DAY, NO FURTHER TIME WOULD BE GIVEN.

1) Checklist - Basic information data to be filled by the candidate (Check list can be
download from the Commission’s website.).

2) Submitted Application (PDF) (Can be download from the Commission’s website).

(02 Copies).

3) Hall Ticket.

4) Date of Birth Certificate (SSC Memo).

5) School Study certificate from 1st to 7th class or Certificate of Residence/Nativity (When
the candidate has not studied in School but studied privately or in open School).

6) Provisional and Convocation Certificate and all Marks Memos (Graduation/Diploma)

 7) Integrated Community certificate (Caste Certificate) issued by the Telangana
Government with Father/ Mother Name only.
8) Non-Creamy Layer certificate for BC Community Candidates with father name as per
Memo No. 3009/BCW/OP/2011, Govt., of Telangana, BC Welfare (OP) Dept, Dt: 18-
12-2015/ GOMs No.20 BCW(OP) Dept. dated:31/10/2017 (Prescribed format hosted
on Website). Other Backward Classes Certificate is not allowed.
9) EWS Certificate for the financial year prior to the year of notification issued by the
competent authority of Telangana Government.
10) Proof of age relaxation in case of Telangana State Government Employee (Regular)
Service certificates from the concerned department, Government of Telangana State /
NCC instructor certificate/ Retrenched Census service certificate, Ex- Servicemen
Certificate if any.
11) NOC from employer for In-service candidates.
12) 2 copies of Attestation forms duly signed by Gazetted Officer (Can be download from
the Commission’s website).
13) Any other relevant document in pursuance of Notification No: 14/2022, dated: dated
07/09/2022
14) The candidates are directed to exercise web options without fail before attending
Certificate Verification. Candidates who have exercised Web options only will be
allowed for the certificate verification on the scheduled date. Web Options Link will
be available from 26/06/2024 onwards.
15) Latest 3 passport size photos.

ii) If, on further verification, it is found that any candidate is not eligible with reference to the
particulars furnished by him/her in the Application Form / Check List / Certificates, the results
of such candidate / candidates shall be cancelled at any stage of selection process without
any prior intimation.
