PROVISIONAL SELECTION NOTIFICATION

It is hereby informed that, on the basis of the Written Examination held on

18/07/2023 & 19/07/2023 FN & AN for the 05 post codes of Gazetted Categories
in Ground Water Department vide Notification No.17/2022, the candidates with
the following Hall Ticket Numbers have been provisionally selected for the
above said posts. The selections are published herewith subject to the following
conditions.

1. That success in the examination confers no right to appointment unless

the appointing authority is satisfied after such enquiry as the case may
be as considered necessary, that the candidate having regard to
His/her character and antecedents is suitable in all respects for
appointment to the service.

2. That the candidates are found physically fit for the post.

3. That the candidate should produce such original certificates as

required in accordance with the rules/notification.

NOTE:

1. One W.P.No.5921 of 2024, dt:07/03/2024 is pending in the Hon’ble High

Court, Telangana State. Hence the Provisional Selection of the
candidate of H.T.No. 2171730179 is kept withheld.

2. In Post Code-4, Two (02) PH vacancies are left unfilled due to non-
availability of eligible candidates.

If it comes to the notice of the Commission later that any candidate has
furnished false information or the selection is not in order due to any act of
omission or commission of any candidate, then his/her provisional selection is
liable to be cancelled at any stage and they will forfeit all consequential
benefits including that of selection, besides that, the Commission reserves the
right to take any action as it deems fit in the circumstances of the case, in terms
of the provisions as notified in TSPSC Rules of Procedure published in Telangana
State Gazette No. 60., Dt: 28/12/2015.

The entire selection is subject to the final outcome of pending court cases
if any, pertaining to this recruitment before the Hon’ble High Court of Telangana
State and also in the Apex Court.
