1. What is Paschal Mystery? Why the Church uses term Paschal mystery for the passion,
death and resurrection of Jesus?
 The word used by the Church to refer to the Passion, Death, and Resurrection of Jesus
Christ emphasizes their significance in bringing about redemption and salvation for
humanity, as well as their relationship to the Jewish Passover. This is known as the
Paschal Mystery.

2. How serious/grave was the crime Jesus committed that He has to pay his life for it?
 Jesus willingly gave his life to atone for human sin and to give redemption; he did not
commit any crimes that warranted death. His crucifixion was a part of God's plan for
humanity's salvation.

3. In what way Jesus and His believers gave meaning to His death on the Cross?
 As the pinnacle of selflessness and love, Jesus' death on the Cross is seen by his
followers as a means of atoning for human sin, mending humankind's
relationship with God, and providing believers with the promise of eternal life.
