Action date – “Date request was actioned.”

1. The action date for Company “IRWBF” (Company ID 70508) was mistakenly written as
2030 instead of 2023.
2. The action date for Company “WWMRW” (Company ID 22955) was found to have the
wrong month i.e. December instead of November. Fixed it based on adjacent dates to 20-
11-2023.
3. The action date for Company “ADXLF” (Company ID 38962) was found to have the
wrong month i.e. January instead of December. Fixed it based on adjacent dates to 04-12-
2023.
4. The action date for Company “BQXUU” (Company ID 62311) was missing. Fixed it
based on adjacent dates to 30-11-2023.
5. The action date for Company “FRAIC” (Company ID 70544) was missing. Fixed it based
on adjacent dates to 04-12-2023.
6. The order date & action date for Company “NRGXO” (Company ID 72578) have a
difference of 29 days which is unusual.
The date formats are accurate. No issues
Amount Discrepancy:
1. Rounding error differences:
There are many rounding error discrepancies in the amount, for example:
For company "XYKVS" (Company ID 48786). The "Top up to be done" was 8225.88, but
the "Amount Topped Up" was 8225.9. This likely represents a rounding error or data entry
mistake.
Similar discrepancies were also fixed.
Approach – Increased the decimal to 1 more places using “Number column”.
2. More rounding error differences –
Even after performing 1, there were some inherent decimal place differences.

1.Revalidated and reconstructed the references to ensure they follow the format "Transf-
{Account}-{Company ID}-{Trading Name}".
2.Approach: Concatenated the required cells by excel formulas – CONCATENATE and “&”
then validated using EXACT.
Fixed it for all the companies having reference discrepancies.
