Day 36: Visited a nearby Max store to distribute


questionnaires for my internship project on
performance appraisal. Engaged with store
employees, explained the purpose of the
questionnaires, and collected completed forms.
Day 37: Followed up on the previous day's efforts
by revisiting the Max store to ensure all
questionnaires were collected. Verified the
accuracy and completeness of the returned forms
and addressed any missing information with
employees.
Day 38: Initiated calls to interns working at Max
Fashion to collect their digital documents, ensuring
all requested files were complete and accurate.
Organized and systematically filed the received
documents.
Activities Performed during the week: Day 39: Continued the task of calling interns to
(Minimum 150 words) collect and verify digital documents, ensuring high
standards of accuracy and completeness.
Maintained an organized system for managing
these documents.
Day 40: Persisted with the intern outreach and
document collection task, focusing on thorough
follow-up and verification. Enhanced
organizational efficiency by managing the digital
documents systematically.
Day 41: Repeated the previous days' tasks of
calling interns, collecting, and verifying documents.
Continued to emphasize meticulous follow-up and
accurate filing of all collected documents.
Day 42: Visited a nearby Max store to interact with
employees, observe customer behavior, and assist
with various tasks. Gained insights into store
operations and the dynamics of customer service.
