Fashion to collect their digital documents, ensuring all pending requests
from the previous day were addressed.
o Document Verification: Reviewed the documents received, verifying their
accuracy and completeness, and following up with interns for any missing
or unclear information.
o Organizing Documents: Organized and filed the collected digital
documents systematically for easy access and reference.
Key Learnings:
• Consistency: Reinforced the importance of consistency in follow-up
communications to ensure all required documents are collected.
• Attention to Detail: Further improved my attention to detail by meticulously
verifying each document for accuracy and completeness.
• Organizational Skills: Enhanced my ability to organize and manage digital
documents efficiently, ensuring all files were correctly named and stored.
Reflection:
Day 39 was a continuation of the tasks from Day 38, focusing on calling interns to collect
and verify their digital documents. This day reinforced the importance of diligent follow-
up and attention to detail in administrative tasks. The experience further improved my
telephone communication skills and my ability to manage and organize digital documents.
By ensuring that all documents were accurately collected and properly filed, I contributed
to the efficient administrative processes at Max Fashion. This continued task also
highlighted the importance of patience, persistence, and thoroughness in achieving
accurate and comprehensive data collection.
