Warnings, Cautions and Notes Defined

A caution is used prior to any maincenance technique that will result in damage to pars if that technique is
not followed exrsiully
A note is used before any maintenance technique tht is important enough to emphasize
WARNING: Us. Divers’ SCUBA equipment (regulators, octopus, buoyancy
compensators, cylinders, valves ane gauges) is designed and intended for use only
with clean, compressed atmospheric air (21% oxygen and 78% nitrogen). DO NOT use
any other Gas or enriched oxygen mixture above 21% oxygen. Failure to adhere to this
warning may result in serious injury or death due to fire and explosion, or the serious
daterloretion or failure of the equipment.
lll. General (Preventative) Maintenance
Providing the best possible preventative routine maintenance before and after dives will help to ensure the
maximum life of the Arctic series regulators. To consistetly sehieve this goal, there are 2 number of
nple, but important, routine maintenance procedures that should be followed by the diver after every use
