Campaign Goals
Build reputation of Cheesecake Factory as a place where
employees love to work and a brand that customers love to
patronize

To achieve those goals i choose to use Social Media


platforms, Twitter and Facebook.

My goal for this Campaign is by showing that happy


employees are happy customers, so my audiences are
connected to each other.

Why Facebook?
Facebook is a visually-oriented and social group platform
with a large and active user base. Advertising on Facebook
will allow the campaign to showcase the vibrant and
visually appealing aspects of the Cheesecake Factory. By
sharing captivating images and videos of happy employees,
delicious food, and the restaurant's ambiance, the
campaign can create an aspirational image of the company
as a place where employees love to work and customers
love to dine. Instagram's emphasis on aesthetics and
storytelling will help in building an emotional connection
with the audience, reinforcing the company's reputation as
a beloved brand.
I was between Engagement and Brand Awareness
and at the end decide to choose Engagement
because it is a key indicator of audience interest
and involvement. When users engage with the
campaign by leaving comments, sharing content,
or endorsing it through likes and retweets, it signals
a certain level of trust and credibility and these
interactions increase the visibility of the campaign
and extend its reach to a broader audience.
Positive engagement validates the company's good
reputation.
As a Conversion Location i choose Facebook page
to increase brand familiarity, community
engagement, and seamless integration.
My target audience to improve Cheesecake
factory as a loved place by customers is -
- Age 25-54 its adults who are more likely
to eat in restaurants but also people
looking for a job are included
- Location is focused lokaly in Atlanta
which is good to build loyal audience and
strong reputation
- Related to cheesecake factory topic :
food, local food, dining out and outdoors
activities, because they are open minded
and active in society.
- I decided to add purchase behaviour like:
purchase with offers and edganged
shoppers.
- I also add audience who might be
interested in job application

audience.

Campaign can actively participate in discussions


related to workplace culture, employee
satisfaction, and dining experiences.

Twitter allows for direct interaction with


customers, addressing their queries, and
showcasing the company's dedication to
customer satisfaction, thereby enhancing its
reputation as a brand customers love to patronize
For Twitter campaign i tried to work with same audience and their interests as on
Facebook.
With Twitter ads I wanted to work
more on discussion with customers
and employees so the people can
