Background:
People have problems or confuse words that sound the same but have different meanings. This
has resulted in poor communication in the classroom set-up.
The CALA in two separate parts, A and B. You need to complete both parts.
Part A
Research on ten words that are pronounced the same but have different meanings.
List these words and give their meanings
In your research, include
# a dictionary/ encyclopedia
Use ICT tools eg phone
Part B
. For each of the ten words construct 2 compound sentences.
How you will be assessed
-to assess your presentation, your facilitator will consider the pronounciation and spelling of your
