Explanation:
This observation does not belong to either residential
tower area or residential non tower area.

What is the reason of breaking the footing top? And what

rectification method you are undertaking let us know?

2) Root cause:
Since the re-bar alignment was not in line, and not
correcting it when concreting, this has been happened.

Corrective action taken:

Rectifications done as per approved methodology after a
discussion with L&T design team

Methodology approved on 07.02.2018 with comments,

Please see the attachment 01.

Corrective action proposed:

To avoid repetition of same, re-bar alignment will be
checked and maintained properly to meet the effective
depth and to avoid excess covering, prior to each pour.

Evidence:
IR approval:

Excess cover to retaining wall (around 150 to 200mm).

What is the reason of excess cover is it due to bulging?

3) Explanation:
Yes, this pattern is approved, the reason for this pattern
was the additional bars coming from the retaining wall
end. Space for the additional bars have been left at the
construction joint.

Is this pattern of Construction joint to the slab is

approved?
