UPDATE POTENTIAL ENTRANTS:


 Reply to incoming emails defining the number of entries available
 Include in that email the last date entries will be considered for the competition
 Describe the format and dates each phase will begin and end
 State the full prize bundle, legal info, and rules that will need to be followed

COMPETITION IS RUNNING

Foster more interest amongst:

 Magazines
 TV outlets as each stage progresses

SOCIAL MEDIA CAMPAIGN:


 Continue to promote on social media

UPDATE ENTRANTS:
 Regularly email contestants telling them what is going on / developments
 Give alerts for approaching voting deadlines in each phase.
 Display the person who gained the most votes in each phase on a special page
 Continue on with each phase until the final 16 is reached

DAY COMPETITION IS WON:


 Videographer of the performance and behind the scenes footage
 Photographer capturing the day
 Update Website Winner as a sole entity (if so)
 Update Website Winner as a band member and promote their band and music (if so)
 Prize Allocation (day recording at Blueprint studios/Hotel Indigo stay + guest/ £100).
 Press Interviews
