Pancake Recipe

Ingredients Preparation

100 g plain flour 1. Put the flour and milk into a bowl.
2 eggs 2. Crack the eggs and add to the bowl.
300 ml milk 3. Whisk the ingredients together.
5 tbsp sugar 4. Pour some of the mixture into the pan.
1 tbsp oil 5. Cook until browned then flip.
6. Once the other side is brown leave to cool.
7. Enjoy eating.

Reading technique: Scanning (Técnica de lectura: Scanning).
Scanning is a reading technique to be used when you want
to find specific information quickly (El escaneo es una
técnica de lectura que se utiliza cuando se desea encontrar
información específica rápidamente).
In scanning, you have a question in your mind and you read
a part of the text only to find the answer (Al escanear, tienes
una pregunta en mente y lees una parte del texto solo para
encontrar la respuesta).
