BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL OF THE

LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (THE “COUNCIL”) AS
FOLLOWS:

SECTION I: Part I., Public Health & Services, Ordinance No. 080, Series 2023, is

hereby amended as follows:

22 Environmental Resiliency CCRF $800,000

a. This project contains $200,000 for the Urban Forestry Master Plan to be
prepared by Trees Louisville, Inc. This plan, including a map of the proposed tree
planting, is requested to be presented to the Metro Council by December 31, 2023 May
31, 2024.

SECTION II: The Council has determined the funds requested in this Ordinance

will be expended for a public purpose.

SECTION III: This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and approval or

otherwise becoming law.
