22 nd June:
General Training Day 1

India Extravaganza 2024 – Bangalore location witnessed a splendid start

on 22nd June which was attended by the South and South Central
regions. It had multiple sessions on a range of instructive topics.
The host for the first half of the day was International Executive
President’s Team, 20K – Suresh Babu. He congratulated the qualifiers
and welcomed the Chairman’s Club, ISG, President’s Team members and
took us through his journey at Herbalife.

The first speaker for the day was our President, Herbalife – Stephan
Gratziani. He briefed about company’s journey, potential of opportunity,
and company’s vision towards its growth.

After which the host welcomed M.D. – Co-Chair person and Member,
Herbalife Nutrition Advisory Board – Rocio Medina Badiano and M.D.,
MPH – Vice President, Training Chairman, Herbalife Nutrition Advisory
Board – Dr. Luigi Gratton. They emphasized upon the significance of the
products and the value they add to our lives. They educated us on the
products, nutrition, healthy active lifestyle and how important they are
for our wellbeing helping us lead the best life with the best nutrition
Herbalife offers. The most awaited moment of the event arrived when
they unveiled the new Ayurvedic Skincare range from vritilife – Facial
Cleanser, Toner, Serum and Moisturizer. This segment witnessed a
amazing excitement and cheer from the qualifiers.

Following which they invited Dr. Parag Singhal on stage who was
introduced as India Nutrition Advisory Board member and he focused on
the ‘Purpose’ people must have regarding their own nutrition journey.

The post session was hosted by our host Executive President’s Team, 15K
– Sathya Narayan who welcomed back the crowd and gave us a recap of
the morning sessions.
 22 nd June:
General Training Day 1

The next training session was held by Executive President’s Team, 15K – S
Suma where she concentrated on ‘Seizing the Opportunity’. The
importance of having the right mix of both Virtual & Physical activities in
your DMO, Events & Training Calendar.

This was followed by a panel discussion led by Senior Executive

President’s Team, 20K – Dhandapani Sivakumar and panelists Millionaire
Team, 7500 – Bikkumalla Krishnaiah, President’s Team –
S Fathimabee and Executive President’s Team – C Naveen Kumar on the
topic the ‘Art of Prospecting and extending an Effective Invitation’
focusing on how we have evolved and adapted to the new trends,
audience, generations to grow the business? What changes did you
make? And how is your work reflected in your numbers.

Post which was an informative session by International Executive

President’s Team, 30K – G Shobharani on the ‘Importance of
Communities & Relationships where she stressed upon creating value
in the marketplace - Building community around wellness and not just
positioning our business/company as “Weight loss company”.

The day was wrapped up with the Qualifiers party where there was an amazing live performance by soulful
singer – Vijay Prakash.

23rd June:
General Training Day 2

The next day of India Extravaganza 2024 – Bangalore was the General Training Day 2 which kicked off with
celebratory recognition parades. The first one was for the Herbalife Premier League Qualifiers which was followed
by the President’s Team Parade that consisted of all the President’s Team members walking on stage. And then we
had the recognition of India 2023 Mark Hughes Bonus Award qualifiers on stage.

Post this we witnessed multiple educational and engaging training

sessions. Our host for the first half was President’s Team –
R Anthony Reagan who welcomed the crowd and congratulated all the
qualifiers, Chairman’s Club, ISG, and President’s Team members and took
us through his journey at Herbalife.

The day started with a Keynote from our Managing Director, Herbalife
India – Ajay Khanna. He shared the glorious journey of Herbalife India
25years, potential through metrics and the company’s vision. An exciting
moment unfolded as he invited our Herbalife Sponsored Athlete, Boxing,
India – Mary Kom on stage where she talked on healthy lifestyle, good
nutrition and her experience with being a sponsored athlete for Herbalife.

Which was followed by a panel session by International Executive

President’s Team, 30K – Prasad Bhat and Millionaire Team – Ganesan,
Millionaire Team – Priyanka Chinju and Millionaire Team, 7500 –
Raghavendra BR about the ‘Importance of having a Business Flow which
is Sustainable & Encourages Growth through Consumption &
Recruitment’. They touched upon the key points on how to use the
business flow to effectively recruit and convert preferred customers to
associates. He ended the session with quoting ‘Try the Next thing, the
experience is going to be Fun’.

Post which, our host President’s Team – R Anthony Reagan recognized and felicitated our 15years & 20years
Herbalife Anniversary qualifiers, New Global Expansion Team, New Global Expansion 2500, New Millionaire
Team, New Millionaire Team 7500 qualifiers and 1 Million Lifetime Achievement winners.

Post lunch we had the most exciting session which had recognition of New President’s Team which was
felicitated by our President’s Team - Khaja Saleemuddin.

Subsequently we had Chairman’s Club, 30K – Cynthia Raju on stage to felicitate and recognize our New Diamonds
& K Level qualifiers.

General Training Day 2

This was followed by a testimonial session where Global Expansion Team

- Vaishnavi Sreehari, Global Expansion Team - Venkatesha & Global
Expansion Team - Marepalli Padma gave live testimonials where each of
them shared how Herbalife Products have helped them in their business
results.

Next up was a powerful session by Senior Executive President’s Team,

30K – Ravi Sundaram on your ‘Role in Building the Brand’. He spoke
about an “Individuals role in building a brand” which requires
continuous hard work, dedication, which is very important for one’s
growth, to enhance value proposition over a period of time. How to
improve on mistakes and create a brand, community. He closed the
session by reminding everyone to abstain from wrong practices.

Chairman’s Club, 30K – Gnanaraju Nagendla closed the day with a very
insightful and informative session about ‘Plan of Action’. He recapped on
the learnings from the various session and to be clear about having a
Success Mantra which is to help and drive each one to achieve their
goals. He inspired the qualifiers with his journey and vision for future
which this opportunity has.

24th June:
Active Supervisor Training

The last day of India Extravaganza 2024 - Bangalore witnessed an exuberant

and active crowd which was eager to attend the scheduled sessions for the
day. The morning session kickstarted with an energetic opening as our host
Executive President’s Team, 15K – Manikandan Shekar who welcomed the
audience, congratulated all the qualifiers, Chairman’s Club, ISG and
President’s Team members and took us through his journey at Herbalife.

The host then invited Executive President’s Team – U Tharanipriya on

stage. She walked us through her growth journey. She deep-dived into the
Art of presentation - art of articulating stories and calling out small income
yet effective stories, challenges which comes. Fostering a culture of
regularly exposing people to inspiring stories. Develop your communication
skills and be a role model by continuous learning.

Up next was a panel session led by Executive President’s Team, 15K –

Syed Abdul Waheed Naoman alongside Millionaire Team – Phani Krishna,
Millionaire Team - V Yogesh Kumar and Millionaire Team, 7500 –
Murganantham on ‘How to Build a Business’. Focused on creation of
associates & customers cluster. Supervisors have to learn and understand
that associates are business builders, by training them to build an active
organization, royalties. Importance of profitability and ASP Stone
qualification.
This was followed by a dynamic session by President’s Team, 20K – Janaki
TH on ‘Retention’ and how it’s important recruit, retain and develop
royalties with focused efforts and teamwork. Consistency is the key by
breaking the barrier of 2500 VP monthly which builds a solid foundation
for your organization, showcasing growth using various levels of pins and
promotions.

Next, our host Executive President’s Team, 15K – Manikandan Shekar recognized and felicitated all the New Active
Supervisor Stones – 3,5,7,10 & 12 Stones qualifiers on stage.

24th June:
Leadership Training

Our host for the Leadership Training was Executive President’s Team,
15K – K K Subash who builds excitement for the last sessions of the
event. He congratulates all the qualifiers, talks about her journey at
Herbalife and welcomes the next speaker on stage.

He invited Senior Executive President’s Team, 15K – M Sudheer Kumar to

talk about Leadership, Basic Traits of a Leader, What are the leadership
qualities that need to be developed which represent their pin? Some of
the important leadership skills learnt along the way that is being inclusive,
empathetic listener, have a solution-oriented mindset and embracing
change.

Next was an enthusiastic and engaging panel discussion by International

Executive President’s Team, 30K – Sabapathy Muthukumar on ‘Taking
Action’ by being bold and innovative. He gave a heartfelt speech about
his personal journey at Herbalife and importance of integrity & high
standard of morale, driving unity amidst diversity and had some key
points by Millionaire Team – Satish Babu, Millionaire Team, 7500 –
Lakshmi Narayan and Millionaire Team, 7500 – B Asuhar.

The final session was conducted by Senior Executive President’s Team,

20K – Ramananda Prabhu on Knowing your Business. He got the crowd to
be active and gave a business reality check, conducting Self analysis and
seeking feedback from sponsors, mentors and team members for
improvement.
