successful career, while others believe that it is better to get a job straight after school.

People these days have different views about what students should do after they leave
school.While many people believe that school leavers should get a job straight, I would
claim that is better for them to pursue further education.
To begin with, there are some advantages to having a job straight after school.Firstly,
they can be financial independent with their family.Since they take part in workplace,
they can earn money and pay for their cost of living without wasting on tuition fee or
school materials.They are able to support their family’s finance.Secondly, the younger
who have a job early have opportunities to accumulate hands-on experiences and soft
skills such as: time management, leadership and flexibility..The earlier they get a job, the
more valuable experiences they acquire.For instance, these days, many companies require
candidates have not only qualifications but also practical experiences.Therefore, getting
involve in the real workplace can be a good way to success.
On the other hand, I would suppose that proceeding to university of college is the best
way for the younger to have a successful career.First of all, further education will provide
young people academic qualifications which are required in many professions.For
example, it is impossible to become a doctor, a pharmacist or a teacher without having
relevant degree.Furthermore, the job market is becoming increasingly competitive, there
is also a plenty number of applicants for one position in a company.The candidates who
do not have academic qualification will not be able to compete.To be more specific, ‘’big
four banks’’ in Vietnam only recruit employees who graduated from economics
universities.In addition, having an academic qualification can help people get high-salary
jobs and have the promotion prospects.
In conclusion, while many people believe that the young people should get a job straight
after school, I would argue that improving knowledge and pursuing further education will
lead to a successful career.
