1. Lock tag out mud pump None  Electric shock 4B HM  Ask electrician to lock out from SCR.
from VFD  Pump not locked out  Install safety pin in DC motor local switch
 Do not use wet gloves

2. Isolate the pump by closing None  Back strain 1C L  Ask Driller to stop other pump if running.

3. Bleed off trapped pressure None  slip, tripping, falling 1C L  Clean working area
 Ensure of good housekeeping

4. Lock out & line up the None  Electric shock 4B HM  Ask electrician to remove the lock
pump after repair  Back strain 1C L  Make sure other pump is stopped before opening
the valve
