1. Call driller to shut down the None  None

2. Lock/tag out the pump.
Isolate the pump and bleed off

4B HM  Install safety pin on the DC motor switch in
2D M addition to the lock out
 Make sure both discharge & suction lines bled off.
 Use proper PPE.
 Ensure isolation valve is fully closed.

3. Open valve cover, remove Hammer, rod  Eye injury 2D M  Hold the rod bar with rope. Stay at safe distance

4. Replacing the seat Seat puller,  Seat puller jump, slip 2C M  Secure the seat puller with safety chain to module

5. Install new valve tight Hammer, rod  Eye injury 2D M  Hold the rod bar with rope. Stay at safe distance

7. Testing pump  Line burst under 2D M  Check the relief valve setting. Increase the
pressure pressure
 Watch the pressure gauge. Use the remote throttle
in pump room.
 Keep away from high pressure lines.

8. Line up pump to system Valves  Back strain 1C L  Never attempt to open valve under high pressure.
 Ask driller to stop other pump.
