JOB: VALVE SEAT , VALVE AND CAP GASKET CHANGE MP-07

1. Call driller to shut down the None  None

5. Install new valve tight Hammer, rod  Eye injury 2D M  Hold the rod bar with rope. Stay at safe distance

7. Testing pump  Line burst under 2D M  Check the relief valve setting. Increase the
pressure pressure
 Watch the pressure gauge. Use the remote throttle
in pump room.
 Keep away from high pressure lines.

8. Line up pump to system Valves  Back strain 1C L  Never attempt to open valve under high pressure.
 Ask driller to stop other pump.
