1. Inspect equipment to be used as

 When possible, provide guard rails around the
equipment, if not installed earlier.
4B M  Ensure that the hoisting system and the working
platform are inspected and certified before use.
 Be sure that hoisting equipment and its brake is
working properly.
 Wear all PPE such as safety belt at all times without
exception.
 Secure all tools in the working platform to prevent
falling from height.
 Use tag line to control swing and guide the work
platform
 Do not give any jerk to the lifting line.
