Oracle Solaris is available for deployments on hardware not manufactured by or for Sun/Oracle provided that the hardware is certified and listed on the Hardware Certification Listing (HCL) at http://www.sun.com/bigadmin/hcl. Licenses are available on an annual subscription basis Oracle Solaris Premier Subscription for Non-Oracle Hardware The subscription includes the right to use the Oracle Solaris operating system and receive technical support services for a year (up to 3 years may be purchased at one time). A price list has been created for this offering and it is posted on eSource. S Customers can purchase via Oracle Store or their Systems Sales Rep.

A global blanket renewal g g grace period is in effect for Sun contracts through the end of Q2 Contracts that require a 60 365 day renewal grace period do not require additional approvals
