Senior Drop off/Pick Up Instructions:

Hello Vikings Seniors!

On Friday, May 15th, between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM you will have the opportunity to
return school materials:

 Text Books
 Library Books
 Equipment/Chromebooks
 Instruments
 Pick Up Your Graduation Cap and Gown

It is important that we maintain social distancing and ensure a safe environment for
all students and staff. Below you will find an outline of the process for returning
school materials and collecting your cap and gown. We look forward to seeing each
of you. Stay well and be safe.

From 8:00 AM until 4:00 pm:

Students/families will enter the Student Parking Lot at the north entrance (by the
stadium). A teacher will be stationed at the entrance and will be able to direct you to
one of three stations.

When you are in the assigned queue, a staff member will approach your vehicle to
collect any school materials you are returning.

A second staff member will approach with a paper form. We will ask that you write the
name(s) of each student for which you are collecting belongings/cap and gown. We will
use the names written on the form to pull the needed items.

You will receive your belongings/cap and gown. Student belongings will be in a plastic
bag labeled with the student name.

When you have received your items, you will be able to leave the student lot through
the exit on the south side of student parking.

Grades 9-11

Hello Viking Students and Families!

As we approach the end of the year, we are providing an opportunity to return school
materials:

 Instruments
 Collect personal items that may have been stored in your locker/PE locker

It is important that we maintain social distancing and ensure a safe environment for all

materials and collecting your personal items. We look forward to seeing each of you.

To avoid long wait times, and to ensure efficiency, we scheduled material return/item
pick-up by assigned Academy. The following are the assigned dates for each
Academy:

 5/26/20 Business Academy

 5/27/20 Health Academy
 5/28/20 Production Academy
 5/29/20 Service Academy
 6/1/20 Freshman Academy
