Argao Annual Academic Assessment (4As)

Room Examiner’s Narrative Report

One of the basis of learning is the administration of assessment. It measures the

learning of the pupils on specific learning area.

In line with this, the municipality of Argao, launched the program Argao Annual
Academic Assessment (4 As) to all schools in the municipality. This program is scheduled on
May 27, 2024.

Tiguib Elementary School adhered the call of the program. It was administered on
the said date. The teacher – advisers were assigned to another grade level. And I, as the class –
adviser of Grade 6 – Buttercup was assigned to administer the 4As of Grade 5 – Camellia pupils.
And I started the flow of administration as follows:

Since the pupils came early, the examination started at 7:00 A. M. I collected the
parent’s consent as one of the prerequisite of the examination. First, I let the pupils fall in line
outside and call them one by one based on their names in the form I prepared by the teacher –
adviser. Then instructions were given on what to do before, during and after the examination.
They answered 3 subjects namely: English, Mathematics and Science (EnSciMa). They don’t
answer the same subjects at the same time because the allotted test papers were not allocated for
each pupil. 8 pieces for English, 8 pieces for Mathematics and 8 for Science. I see to it the pupils
answered the questions well and I entertained their queries. The examination ended at 10:30
A.M.

As a summary, the administration of Argao Annual Academic Examination was

totally a success.
