Week 1 Grocery List

5 New Foods
Produce Avocado
4 avocados, medium to large size Zucchini
1 head garlic or 1 small jar of minced garlic
1 lemon or 1 small container of lemon juice Sweet Potato
3 sweet potatoes, medium to large size
3 zucchini, medium to large size
Lamb
Pantry
Yogurt
16 oz beef or vegetable broth, low-sodium or no added salt
Cooking oil
Seasonings:
Black pepper, ground
Chili powder
Cumin powder
Garlic powder
Oregano, dried
Paprika (Hungarian or smoked paprika, both are fine)
Rosemary, dried
Thyme, dried
Red wine (optional)

Protein
Lamb leg roast, 3-4 pounds (bone in or boneless)

Dairy
32 oz yogurt, full-fat, whole milk, plain
