SWORN STATEMENT

I, Sandra Marie A. Fabi, of legal age, Filipino, Single, and a

resident of Barangay Libas, Burauen Leyte, Philippines, after being
sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and say THAT:

1. I was present and personally saw that accused Bryan “yan” Molon
committed the crime of Theft against Joshua “joyong” Mendez;
2. That I was sitting inside multi-purpose hall when the crime was
committed;
3. That I was the one who called the authority after seeing and
witnessing the Theft committed;
4. That I competently can provide relevant and important information
regarding the said crime.
5. I executed this affidavit to attest the truthfulness of the foregoing
facts and to support the filing of criminal cases against Bryan”yan”
Molon for violations of Article 308 of the revise penal code.
