Job Title: Executive Assistant to the Top Management

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as an Executive
Assistant to the Top Management. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in organizing
and coordinating external communication with potential and current clients, partners, and
associates, as well as managing internal commitments. Additionally, the candidate will be
responsible for providing support in travel management, coordinating with various
departments, handling personal tasks, and generating MIS reports.

Responsibilities:

1. External Communication:
Manage and coordinate communication with potential and current clients, partners,
and associates.
Ensure timely and professional responses to inquiries, emails, and other forms of
external communication.
Schedule meetings, calls, and appointments on behalf of top management.

2. Internal Commitments:
Follow up on internal commitments made by the top management, ensuring tasks
are completed in a timely manner.
Coordinate with different departments to gather updates and information required
for internal commitments.

3. Travel Management:
Arrange and coordinate travel plans for top management, including flights,
accommodations, and transportation.
Prepare detailed itineraries and ensure all travel-related logistics are in place.

4. Department Coordination:
Liaise with various departments to facilitate smooth communication and
collaboration.
Act as a bridge between top management and other teams, ensuring alignment with
organizational goals.
5. Personal Task Handling:
Manage personal tasks and errands for top management as needed.
Provide discreet and confidential support in handling personal matters.

6. MIS Reports:
Generate and maintain Management Information System (MIS) reports to track and
analyze relevant data.
Present MIS reports to top management on a regular basis.

Qualifications and Skills:

 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.


 Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
 Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
 Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
 Proficient in using MS Office Suite and other relevant tools.
 Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
 Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
