II. SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT & UPDATE
Following documents were finalized at the month of May- July'23 and displayed:
o Prepared the SOP for Food & Beverage and handed over to the GM- Hospitality
services.
o Anaesthesia protocol is completed and waiting for the endorsement.
o Discharge Certificate by now available at llEl&H store.
o Display Material:
Discharge Criteria- Post-Anaesthetic Aldrete Recovery Score: Displayed at the
- Post-Op.
Pre-Op Fasting Guideline for IPD: working for the Display.

III. DOCTORS'PROFILE
o Developed Doctors' Profile lor L2 consultants and handed over to the OSS department
for display.

IV. SYSTEM UPDATE

r New format of Patient Consent Form prepared and circulate to each department.
o Registration form updated and handed over to the OSS.
o Update the Patient appointment card.
V. MONITORING AND CAPA
o Patient Consent Form.

VI.QAO EVENT
o The QAD program on "clinical Practice Guidelines for sub-specialty,- cataract clinic,, by
Dr Riffat Rashid was presented on 25th July'23. And overall 50 doctors were presented
at the meeting.
