MOTORCYCLE RENTAL AGREEMENT

This Agreement is made and entered in this day of 20

Endurafrica - hereafter referred to as the "Owner",

- hereafter referred to as the "Renter".

Please note a copy of the valid motorcycle license needs to be attached to this
document.

Vehicle

The vehicle which the Owner hereby agrees to rent is:

The Owner represents that to the best of his knowledge and belief that said vehicle is
in sound and safe condition and free of any known faults or defects which would
affect its safe operation under normal use.

Rental Period

The Owner agrees to rent the above described vehicle to the Renter for a period of
days, beginning .

Mileage limited per day 350 km km

The Renter agrees

(a) that the rented vehicle shall not be used to carry passengers or property for hire;

(b) that the rented vehicle shall not be used to carry passengers;

(c) not to use the vehicle to push, propel or tow another vehicle, trailer or any other
thing without the written permission of the owner;

(d) not to use the vehicle for any race or competition;

(e) not to use the vehicle for any illegal purpose;

(f) not to operate the vehicle in a negligent manner;

(g) not to permit the vehicle to be operated by any other person without the written
permission of the owner.

Insurance

The Renter hereby agrees that he shall fully indemnify the Owner for any and all loss
of or damage to the vehicle or equipment during the term of this Agreement whether
caused by collision, fire, flood, vandalism, theft or any other cause, except that which
shall be determined to be caused by a fault or defect of the vehicle or equipment.
The renter agrees to insure the vehicle personally . The Owner agrees to let the
Renter, should there be damage to the bike, for the Renter’s Insurer to fix the
damage, while the Owner holds the right to retain the deposit until such time as the
bike has been inspected by the Owner, and repaired to his specifications.

Rental Rate

The Renter hereby agrees to pay the Owner for the use of said vehicle at a rate of:

Single day 2-5 days 6-9 days > 10 days

ZAR 1150.00 / d ZAR 1050.00 / d ZAR 950.00 / d ZAR 850.00 / d

Special arrangement ZAR / day

The vehicle is delivered with a full tank of petrol and shall be returned in the
same way.

Deposit

The Renter further agrees to make a deposit of ZAR 0 with the Owner, said deposit
to be used, in the event of loss of or damage to the vehicle or equipment during the
term of this Agreement, to defray fully or partially the cost of necessary repairs or
replacement.
In the absence of damage or loss, said deposit can be credited toward payment of
the rental fee and any excess shall be returned to the Renter.
Please note that the collection of the bike will not be authorised if the deposit has not

been received by the Owner.
