This document has been prepared to propose a project site' 3D-surveying using drones. The proposal
presented has been based on assumptions on client expectations with the data, and are subject to
change as per further requests from the client and changes in scope of the project.

SITE DETAILS
The details of the site as communicated with the clients have been presented below:

Total Area to be covered: 0.46 sq. km

Type of Landscape: Flat terrain + Hilly Region
Location: Dhading, Galchi

PROJECT DELIVERABLES:

We will provide the following outputs under the proposed cost:

1) Secure necessary permission for the drone flights at proposed locations.

2) High-resolution Orthophoto map of the area. The map produced shall contain in high quality, the
overall project area within the designated boundary along with an offset area of 50 meters from
the project boundary. The Orthophoto map provided can be further used in cadastral overlay and
2d measurements of the mapped area by the client using any GIS software.
3) Map Outputs: Topographical Map and Slope Map if needed.
4) DTM and Contours.

The deliverables for the project shall include a copy of a Survey Report and a softcopy of all captured
images, GIS Shapefile, and maps.

RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CLIENTS:

We expect the following from the Client.
The boundary of the area to be surveyed. Since the project planning is done before site visit, we would
require the boundary for the data to be taken, and only bear responsibility for providing data within the
agreed boundary (we keep a safe margin of around 50 meters for our purpose offset from the provided
boundary)
1. Provide details required for the drone permission documents.
2. Provide necessary field support and liaison with local government in order to facilitate more
efficient permission process, drone field works and acquiring cadastral data.
 FINANCIAL PROPOSAL:

Please find the financial proposal for the project below. The costs provided are based on the initial
conversation with the client.
