A. History of the Company
M.I. SEVILLA HOTEL AND RESORT
Established in 1996,Miradeth I. Sevilla catering services was first known as the

Sevilla’s catering and services. The couple who were from two different industries took the
risk in food business.
MICS’ very first client was the regional training school 4 located at south Luzon
command, from their daily meals to food for special occasions.
In the year 2000, MICS fate took a turn when they acquired a land property at
Zaballero subdivision, Lucena City.After six (6) years their luck gets better when they
opened canteen in 2007 at SM City Lucena followed by SM City San Pablo in 2012 and
lastly SM City Sta. Rosa in 2019.

At present Miradeth I. Sevilla catering services continues to serve loyal patrons from
several organizations such as DepED, LGU and PNP etc.

V. Problem Encountered and Solution
A. Problem Encountered
The problem that I encountered as follows:

 First, when the guest request for the tea and is not available.
 Second, the weak internet connection in some rooms and areas.
 Third, the food were not delivered on time
B. Solution
There’s are the solution I made for the problems encountered:
 First, I apologized and asked an alternative offer for the request.
 Second, I apologized and gave them another password of WIFI with strongly internet
connection.
 Third, I apologized to the guest and I offered other food available in that time.
Vl. Role Contributing and Enterprise
I did my best during on- the- job training I showed them my skills, my knowledge and
how I was flexible to that work. I also followed the rules and regulations of the M.I. Sevilla
Hotel and Resort.

Vll. Summary
During my On the job-training at M.I. Sevilla Resort I have gained and learned a lot
of new knowledge. I experience To be assigned in different areas like the bakery taught me
how to make siopao, ensaymada, Empanada etc.
To the Housekeeping Department where they taught us to fix and pull out the rooms
on the fastest way possible. Kitchen Department was my must favorite assignment because I
love cooking and learned new dishes.
To the front desk when I encoded receipts and in catering area when I enjoyed
serving food to guests. I was also assign I packing area where we packed snacks and dessert
and lastly, I serve orders to the acoustic area during night shift.
Every employees of M.I. Sevilla Resort was so kind to us and they shared their
knowledge and knowledge to us without hesitation. I’m so happy because I experienced to
worked, and I learned so much from my on-the-job training in M.I. SEVILLA’S. Where I
developed my additional skills.
